Thank you for your enquiry regarding the above site. We are pleased to inform you that this particular property will be released on Friday 14th December 2018 at 10.00am at our office at 14 Market Road, Ballymena, BT43 6EL.
Booking will be taken on a strictly first come first serve basis. If you are interested in reserving the property you must be in a position to proceed with the purchase. We will require confirmation of the following when taking a booking from you;
Confirmation of funding
Please ensure your finances are in order, if you are a cash purchaser we require confirmation that your funds are in place by way of a recent bank statement (within the last 3 months) or confirmation from your bank, accountant or solicitor that the relevant funds will be available.
If you are applying for a mortgage or mortgage along with a co-ownership application please ensure that you have sought advice and been qualified for funding by a mortgage advisor or lender. Proof will be required to confirm same either by way of a decision in principle or confirmation from your advisor or lender pending an application being made.
Confirmation of Identification
We are also obliged to obtain identification from you, the following two forms are required;

Current signed passport
EEA member state ID card
Northern Ireland Voters card
Resident permit EU national
Current EEA or UK photo-card driving License
Blue Disabled drivers pass
Current full driving licence
Benefit Book or original notification letter from relevant benefits agency
Inland Revenue Tax notification
Photographic registration cards for those who are self-employed in the construction industry
Record of a home visit
Confirmation from the electoral register
Recent utility bill/ bank or building society statement (within the last 3 months on headed paper)
Valid local authority tax bill
EEA Member State ID card containing current address *
Current UK driving license *
Recent systems generated or signed documents from a regulated financial sector firm containing clients address
Solicitors letter confirming recent house purchase
NIHE or private rent card/tenancy agreement
Benefit book or original notification letter from relevant benefits agency *
Inland Revenue correspondence addressed to the applicant *

To book the property you will be required to pay a reservation fee of £500. Should the reservation fee be cancelled, Simpson Developments will retain £100 as an administration fee.
The booking fee can be paid in cash or by way of cheque.
1 If you are paying with a personal cheque please make the cheque payable to McAfee Ballymena.
2 If you are paying with a Company cheque (made payable to McAfee Ballymena) then you will require two forms of identification, one from each list above for each of the companies’ cheque signatories.
Identification will be required for all individuals who are purchasing eg: Where a couple are purchasing together.
You will be given a receipt to acknowledge your booking.
