Where do I start, Technically I wasn't even a country estates customer, I was just a buyer and the seller was their customer. The team in antrim were absolutely amazing, even more amazing than the people I actually had to pay. We were initially turned down by a lendor due to the development not having a management company anymore and the lendor classed this as high risk. Well NO Isn't an answer that I accept from anyone and by the service from Claire in country estates neither does she. She went out of her way to gather information that was needed for us to try different lenders. This girl has been there through this whole journey from offer accepted, mortgage rejected,to reapplying, to mortgage approved and today which was completion day. Honestly I don't think I would have fought so hard for the house if she wasn't their fighting with me. She is absolutely amazing at her job, and if I ever did sell up (which I doubt) she is the girl I am hitting up . Give this girl a raise because she is an asset and one you really need to hold on to. Claire you will always be a part of our story and I will make sure everyone knows who you are !

Highly recommend Country Estates. Louden & Claire could not have been more helpful. We were kept well informed on the progress of our sale. We never felt we were waiting on information. They were particularly impressive in our context when we were out of the country for completion. They couldn’t do enough to help us sell our home smoothly and in a stress free manner as possible.

I recently bought my first property using this agents, Claire done a great job being the middle woman keeping myself and the vendor up to date, especially when solicitors weren’t communicating with each other. Claire is also great for explaining certain aspects of conveyancing when the solicitors don’t.
