History

Ballyclare was the first branch to open, established in 1992 by Ronnie Simpson a Chartered Surveyor with a wealth of experience who had worked for many years at a senior level with one of the provinces corporate estate agents.

Country Estates are innovators of change in the estate agency world having been first to introduce late evening and Saturday morning opening.

Country Estates and CLIC

For the past number of years the staff and directors of Country Estates have supported various events to help raise well needed funds for a number of local charities. More recently we have adopted CLIC Sargent(Caring for children with Cancer) as our primary designated charity.
